Each of the three villas features 2 bedrooms and 2½ bathrooms, providing generous space for couples, small families, or friends travelling together. Hardwood floors run throughout, giving each property a warm, characterful feel, while hurricane shutters offer peace of mind during stormy weather.

Self-Catering Kitchen and Laundry

The villas are fully equipped for self-catering stays. Each kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, gas range, and oven, making it straightforward to prepare meals at any hour. A dedicated utility room houses a washer and dryer, a particularly welcome feature for longer-stay guests.

Comfort and In-Villa Amenities

Day-to-day comfort is well catered for throughout each villa. Amenities include:

Rates and Stays

Short-term nightly rates start at $360 USD for 1–2 nights and reduce to $295 USD for stays of 3 or more nights, with room and taxes included. A government levy of $5.00 USD per person per night is invoiced separately. For extended stays of six months or more, negotiable long-term rates are available directly with the owner.
