Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

All content on AntiguaNice.com, including but not limited to:

• Text, graphics, logos, and images
• Website design and layout
• Software code and functionality
• Beach guides and travel content

is owned by or licensed to AntiguaNice.com and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We provide our platform "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for the actions or omissions of service providers
• We are not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or loss during your travels
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the booking in question
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

If you have a dispute regarding our services:

1. Contact Us First: Reach out to our customer support team to resolve the issue informally
2. Mediation: If informal resolution fails, we may agree to mediation through a mutually acceptable mediator
3. Arbitration: Disputes not resolved through mediation will be settled by binding arbitration
4. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Antigua & Barbuda
