Bookings made through AntiguaNice are subject to the terms and conditions of the individual service provider. We act as an intermediary and are not responsible for the services delivered by third parties. Always review the provider's specific terms before confirming.
Payment Terms
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. All prices are displayed in the currency indicated (typically USD or XCD). Applicable taxes and service fees will be clearly shown before you confirm your booking.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by service provider. Most accommodations allow free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. Activities typically allow cancellation 24 hours in advance. Specific terms are shown at the time of booking.
User Conduct
You agree to use AntiguaNice for lawful purposes only. You must not: submit false information, attempt to circumvent our booking system, harass other users or service providers, or use automated tools to scrape or copy our content.
Intellectual Property
All content on AntiguaNice.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by AntiguaNice Ltd or its content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
AntiguaNice provides information and booking facilitation services. We are not liable for the actions, services, or products of third-party providers. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of information provided by business listings.
Dispute Resolution
