The Palm Restaurant

The Palm Restaurant is the resort's all-day dining venue, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Tables are set al fresco, allowing guests to dine in the gentle Caribbean Sea breeze with spectacular views across the hotel's own bay. The relaxed open-air setting makes it equally suited to a quiet morning meal and a convivial evening gathering, and it serves as the lunch venue included in the resort's day pass.

The Cove Restaurant

For a truly memorable evening, The Cove Restaurant occupies a clifftop position that affords some of the most breathtaking views to be found anywhere in the Caribbean. Open for dinner, this venue combines its dramatic natural setting with an intimate atmosphere — an ideal choice for a special occasion or a romantic dinner for two.

Carolyn's

Carolyn's brings a more relaxed mood to mealtimes with its pool-side location. By day it offers a lighter lunch menu popular with guests enjoying the gardens and pools; by night it transitions to a tapas-style dining experience under the stars. The venue also operates as one of the resort's three bars, making it a comfortable spot to linger after eating.

Bars & Lounges

In addition to Carolyn's bar, the resort has two further bars — Pelican Bar and Veronica's Bar — providing guests with plenty of options for a sundowner or an evening cocktail across the beautifully landscaped grounds.
